This 8-foot GMC Sierra long bed is a hard-to-find replacement truck box for select 2007.5–2014 GMC Sierra 1500, 2500HD, and 3500HD applications. The bed was removed from a low-mileage truck from an area where road salt is not commonly used and was replaced with a steel flatbed.
One of the biggest advantages of this box is its rust-free condition, including the areas underneath that commonly develop corrosion on older GM truck beds. The underside is described as very solid, while the interior bed floor shows very little use.
The bed does have dents and dings, reportedly from storage before it was acquired, but it remains cleaner and more usable than many comparable used truck beds currently available.

Rare GMC Sierra Long Box
Finding a clean GMC Sierra 8-foot bed from the 2007–2014 generation can be considerably more difficult than finding a standard Chevrolet Silverado replacement box. GMC-specific body details make these beds especially desirable to customers trying to maintain the original appearance of their Sierra.
This box can also be installed on a Chevrolet Silverado, but buyers should understand that the tail light openings and wheel-well body lines differ between GMC and Chevrolet beds. If you’re installing it on a Silverado, additional consideration may be required for those body-specific differences.
Rust-Free Southern-Style Replacement Box
The bed’s low-mileage donor truck and location in an area without significant road-salt exposure helped preserve the box. There is no rust reported in the typical problem areas, and the underside remains solid.
This is particularly important on older GM beds, where corrosion can develop around the wheel arches, lower bedside sections, bed seams, floor supports, mounting points, and underside crossmembers.
The bed also has no gooseneck cutout or fifth-wheel rail holes, leaving the factory-style bed floor largely unmodified. The interior shows very little evidence of heavy use, making it an appealing option for a restoration or clean work-truck build.
Cosmetic Condition

Freight Tracking & Terminal Pickup

Customers picking up freight from a terminal should be prepared with the appropriate vehicle, equipment, and assistance necessary to safely transport the item.
IMPORTANT: Inspect Your Freight Before Signing
Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL).
The customer is responsible for inspecting both the packaging and the contents for visible damage before accepting the shipment.
